FEE SCHEDULE
(seminars through January 2009)
2008 Fee Schedule (based on date payment is made,
not the seminar date; listed amount is for each 8 hr. course)
Sep - Nov = $170 per 8 hr (NC Ethics = $85)
December = $180 per 8 hr
Group & Multiple Topic Discount = 10% off of the fee schedule
amount for individuals or companies or CPA firms that
enroll in seven (7) or more courses in Florida or North Carolina (four
(4) or more in Birmingham or six (6) or more in Chicago).
Refund Policy (if request is made)
- 30+ days before seminar = full amount less 20% handling = 80%
- 10 - 30 days prior to seminar = 50%
- Alternatively, may receive 100% credit towards any
other course, during the next 12 months, for any cancellation
Registration Fees for 2008 (amount to pay)
- The amount of the Registration Fee is determined by the date the
payment is received by David Holt Seminars. It is not determined
by the actual seminar date.
- The Fee Schedule applies to multiple states and seminars
conducted from May, 2008 through January, 2009.
- The “multiple course discount” applies to employers and to
individuals. Accordingly, an employer paying for 7 employees to
attend one course would have the same fee as an individual taking 7
courses.
