Group & Multiple Topic Discount = 10% off of the
fee schedule amount for individuals or companies or
CPA firms that pay for five (5) or more
courses during the calendar year.
** The North Carolina (NC) Ethics course = 4 hours (2 hrs.
Ethics + 2 hrs. A&A) & the fee = one-half (1/2) the above amounts.
The Florida (FL) Ethics course = 8 hours (4 hrs. Ethics + 4
hrs. A&A) & the fee is the same as the schedule (above).
Refund Policy (if request is made)
- 30+ days before seminar = full amount less 20% handling = 80%
- 10 - 30 days prior to seminar = 50%
- Alternatively, you may receive a
100% credit towards any other
course, during the next 12 months, for any cancellation
Registration Fees for 2010 (amount to pay)
- The amount of the Registration Fee is determined by the
date the payment is received by David Holt Seminars. It is not
determined by the actual seminar date.
- The Fee Schedule applies to multiple states and seminars
conducted from May through December, on a calendar year basis.
- The “multiple course discount” applies to employers and to
individuals. Accordingly, an employer paying for 5 employees to
attend one course would have the same fee as an individual taking
5 courses.
